液壓剪板機(jī)全套畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)
摘要
近年來工業(yè)技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展，促使鋼鐵行業(yè)中剪板機(jī)的應(yīng)用非常廣泛，本文通過分析現(xiàn)狀和實(shí)地考察，選擇了優(yōu)勢(shì)比較大的閘式剪板機(jī)作為研究對(duì)象，設(shè)計(jì)了一種對(duì)稱傳動(dòng)的剪板機(jī)，沖剪力為12噸，滑塊的行程為22mm，每分鐘剪切10次。由電動(dòng)機(jī)提供動(dòng)力，經(jīng)過一級(jí)帶傳動(dòng)和二級(jí)齒輪傳動(dòng)減速。設(shè)計(jì)中采用的執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)為對(duì)心曲柄滑塊機(jī)構(gòu)，這一機(jī)構(gòu)將剪板機(jī)傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榛瑝K的往復(fù)直線運(yùn)動(dòng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)板料的剪切。曲柄滑塊機(jī)構(gòu)具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、加工容易、維修方便、經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)用的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，在機(jī)械設(shè)備中應(yīng)用廣泛。在設(shè)計(jì)過程中，通過對(duì)各種剪板機(jī)的性能，實(shí)用性、經(jīng)濟(jì)的對(duì)比體現(xiàn)了閘式剪板機(jī)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，完成了傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)，剪切力的計(jì)算，強(qiáng)度，剛度的校核。
